What's new?

The Enrich Record step now supports City and Zip Code as writeback fields in the Save Response to ATS Field dropdown. This applies to Enrich Candidate, Enrich Job, and Enrich Sales Contact steps.

Why does it matter?

Bullhorn's radius search relies on city or zip code coordinates to match candidates to open jobs, so when those fields are missing, candidates won't appear in search results regardless of their qualifications. This update allows you to build automations that extract city and zip code from a resume or intake document and write that data directly to Bullhorn records, reducing gaps in location data and ensuring more candidates surface in radius-based searches.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Enrich with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition. To use it, open an Enrich Candidate, Enrich Job, or Enrich Sales Contact step, and select City or Zip Code from the Save Response to ATS Field dropdown.
